Citizen Survey

The City has conducted the Citizen Survey every two years since 1998.

The survey is used to find out how citizens feel about City programs and services. The survey helps City Council and employees assess what is working well and identify areas for improvement. City Council and staff also use the Citizen Survey results in their strategic planning process and policy review initiatives.

2014 Survey Results

In May of this year, the City surveyed 437 randomly selected households. This represents a random sample of Whitehorse citizens. The results are statistically accurate to plus or minus 5%, 19 times out of 20.
